1. Who we are

This website is operated by LawHub Advisory (“LawHub Advisory”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us about anything in this policy, including any request concerning your information, at anass@lawhubadvisors.com.

2. What this website collects automatically

Nothing. This website:

• sets no cookies of any kind;
• uses no analytics, tracking, advertising or measurement tools;
• contains no tracking pixels, embeds or third-party iframes;
• stores nothing on your device — it writes no browser storage;
• makes no request to any third party — fonts, styles and scripts are all served from this domain.

There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

3. Information you choose to send us

Forms on this site — the contact form, the assessment request pages, the scheduling request and the client-portal early-access form — ask for your name, firm name, email address, an optional phone number, and a free-text description of what you are dealing with.

Please note how these forms work, because it is unusual: submitting one opens your own email application with the message pre-filled and sends it to us as ordinary email. The form does not transmit anything to a server belonging to this website, and no submission is stored on this website. We receive what you send as an email, and nothing more.

4. How we use what you send

To reply to you, to arrange and carry out an assessment or conversation you have asked for, and to correspond with you about our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Who else necessarily handles it

• Vercel hosts this website. Like any host, it processes standard request information — including IP address — in server logs, for delivery, performance and security.
• Microsoft 365 provides our email, so anything you email us is held there.

We do not use any other processor in connection with this website.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as it is needed for the inquiry and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 36 months after our last contact. A longer period applies only where it is genuinely required — for example records connected to an engagement we have carried out, or where a legal or professional obligation requires retention. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.

7. Visitors in the EEA and the UK

Where data protection law of the EEA or UK applies, our lawful basis for handling what you send us is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract where one follows.

You have the right to ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, to object to our handling of it, and to complain to your supervisory authority. Write to us at anass@lawhubadvisors.com and we will respond.

8. Your choices

Because we collect nothing automatically, you can browse this site without giving us any information. If you have written to us and want that correspondence corrected or deleted, email us and we will act on it.

9. Handling information carefully

Our systems and working practices are designed to limit who can reach client and prospect information and to keep it confidential, using access controls and the safeguards described in our engagement documentation. No method of transmission or storage is completely safe from compromise, and information you send by ordinary email travels outside our control until it reaches us.

10. Children

This site is intended for law firms and their professional staff. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the date above.
